I do not hold fast to the year and a day period with Dedicates who have done work on their own. The focus within the Dedicates group is reading and meditation. If you complete the lessons presented with relative ease before the year has past, please do not hesitate to ask; "What's next?"
Everyone learns at differnt paces, I am well aware of that.
With that being said, the time requirement of a year and a day for the higher degrees is strictly adheared to for numerous reasons.
Being familar with Buddhism, I am sure you are no stranger to meditation.
This is good. Meditation is very important. Meditation begins a foundation from which one builds in regards to spirituality and magick.
