People are in a constant state of change. you cant expect people to change in the way you want them to...but they will be forever changing if they are living thier life right. This is especially so with Wiccans.
This is where communication comes in as a very important tool in functional relationships. If the line of communication is always open and you are both sharing your experiences, you grow together rather than apart. This has more to do with understanding and respecting where the other one is comng from than anything. If you can accept eachother now, faults and all. Then that acceptance can grow as each of you do, so long as that line of communication remains open.
Also I have found in my darkest hour that holding on to the Wiccan tenent of " In Perfect love and Perfect trust" helps when things get rough in a relationship. You must learn to love the unique path that you each follow as individuals and share them with eachother as a team. And you must trust that the universe sets the course of these paths to some degree.
You guys are young and will be going through some of the most growth and change you will ever experience in the next few years. If you make it as a couple through into your mid twenties...the rest will be cake.

Like you I came to the same conclusions. I believe it is said in the Tao Te Ching, that one must surrender to the flow rather than resist it in order to attain enlightenment. This is very true.
It is wise to realize when the universe has set a course for you and wiser yet to surrender to this course with joy and amazement as to where it takes you.
The universe is subject to laws and to inact universal will it must use what is available. In the Myth the universe saw a role that needed to be filled and that Kore should be the one to fill it. Hades was the catalyst not only in aleviating his own loneliness but also in fullfilling Kores destiny as Persephone. In accepting that destiny Persephone gained power. She realized that she was needed not just as a mothre needs a child but as a peer, an equal, as a half to a whole. In that realization she came to love Hades. Demeter worked all she could against that destiny but could not intervine until ultimately Persephone found acceptance. Upon acceptance the work of Demeter was dualy felt and Persephone was granted duality, the best of both worlds. The promise of the afterlife and the promise of return. This myth and the mysteries at Eluesis are about facing fear, embracing change, acceptance and renewal.

You do not need to choose your third set of Deity right away. For your initiates lessons focusing on one set of God/dess' is fine.

I really felt others could find value in the research that I had done...there are tons and tons of really poorly done internet covens, I was surprised at how hard it was to find decent ones.
