Temple Zenith

A Non Traditional Pagan Temple of Guidance

It's coming up on three years since my papi died. Papi, my grandfather, was the one who inspired me to look outside the realm of organized religion. He was the one who taught me my life-motto of "Question Everything!!!!!!!" (yes, the exclamation points are neccesary) He was the one who we could talk to about bad stuff because no matter what happened he had been though worse in the War. He was the one who snuck us chocolate when ma was on her 'no sugar for the kids' kick.

This past week we started going though his stuff that had been in storage. We had it in storage since he had origionally been sick, almost six years ago. we kept it for him and only recently life was able to let us start the work. I have been quietly remembering his life and I realize that i never knew him as other than Papi.

Papi is interred at Arlington National Cemetary in Arlington, VA as Emery Loomis. I know he is living it up out there and, knowing him, living it up includes Fried Chicken, beer, and a nice fishing hole in the sun.
